Experience:

1. Basically, an IT Healthcare Service Desk Engineer
  • Will be monitoring third party applications: Upgrades, remote desk top support, Pining IP Addresses, etc.
  • Experience with clinical systems including or like Epic, Onbase, Optum, Dragon, Viewpoint, and Midmark – EPIC experience most important
  • Bridge between IT and Clinical Teams – Translate tech, documentation, defining and implementing clinical applications and processes
  • Experience with Clinical Interface systems such as Intersystems, and infrastructure platforms such as VMware ESX and VMware Horizon VDI.
  • Cloud experience is preferred not required (Azure) but general knowledge
  • Super Star Troubleshooter, loves to investigate problems, is detail oriented and has great comm skills as they will interface with vendors/customers
