Determine customer needs, and while identifying and resolving conflicting and/or complementary needs across customer groups

Apply advanced skill, knowledge, and experience to design and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs

May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing technical solutions.

Gather and document customer needs and create preliminary solution frameworks.

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills

Experience in defining security configuration baselines and enabling continuous security configuration monitoring for cloud, on prem and SaaS assets

Experience in cloud automation tools and engineering security services to design and deploy secure Infrastructure-as-Code environments via DevSecOps

Experience in Cloud Security Posture Management and experience in SaaS Security Posture Management

Skilled in triage and remediation of complex technical security configuration gaps across cloud and on prem environments

Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing technical security configurations, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, assessing security risk, remediating risk, etc.

Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.

Skilled in documentation and reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software in Security Configuration Management

Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand

Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data

Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives

Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages

Tools

Skilled in engineering of AWS/Azure/GCP services, security offerings, development, and networking platforms

Skilled in AWS Management and Governance suite of products such as CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, AWS Config, AWS Security Hub

Experience with Azure services and security offerings as well as experience in management of on premise operating systems/databases

Skilled in Posture Management and Risk Assessment Tools

Skilled in DevSecOps and CI/CD tools/automation

Skilled in Python, PowerShell, Bash

Skilled in using JIRA and Confluence

Skilled in Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc

Skilled in Visio

Skilled in Tableau

Skilled in Active Directory, Conditional Access, Policy Configuration Management
