We are looking for someone energetic and engaged to help grow our team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming CNC routing tables, using CAM software, to cut various materials, such as wood, plastic, and aluminum. Strong knowledge of architectural millwork / casework construction is a plus.
Responsibilities Include- Read shop drawings, cut sheets or written instructions to determine method and sequence of building and assembly of all products given
- Create CAD parts from supplied engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Inventor
- Router nesting layout and NC programming using Router-CIM, or equivalent software, to maximize yield
- Quality control check of cut parts
- Coordinates with the Production Manager to ensure timely completion of projects
- Management of daily and weekly production to maintain a steady workflow to keep up with production requirements
- Manage and maintain router bit inventory, including resharpening, and other CNC machine consumables
- Responsible for Training Router Assistant to program Machines
