Cnc Programmer And Operator

Description:Candidate will be working to support the Thermoform operators in addition to CNC Operators in inspection of all products in production and post production.Candidates could learn to operate thermoformed equipment, Insulation guns, or simply load and unload materials off of CNC equipment that bends and shapes the plastic liners for retro-fit shower installation units.Candidate will be skilled in not allowing products that do not meet specs to final staging and will learn the entire manufacturing process and what non conforming products look likeSkills:Production, Assembly, General labor, Hand tool, Mechanical, Packaging, Machine operation, Packing, Calipers, Quality assurance, Quality control, Quality inspection, Cnc machine, Forklift, Blueprint, Power tool, Inspection, Machine operating, Micrometer, plastic, plastic molding, thermoforming, thermoformAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Candidates must have a mechanical aptitude and are flexible for lifting awkward sheets of plastic as they could be aiding the CNC operators in all daily operations to include learning machine set up, modifying CNC programs, and utilizing a mechanical aptitude to make manual adjustments to equipment.Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of quality, documentation, measuring equipment and must have the ability to learn new products quickly.Candidate must be able to read and understand blueprintsExperience Level:Expert LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
