Corporate Engagement Coalitions Relations ManagerAlliance Defending Freedom is looking for a highly strategic and professional Corporate Engagement Coalitions Relations Manager to join us in our Lansdowne, VA Office. As the Corporate Engagement Coalitions Relations Manager, you are a vital part of the Corporate Engagement Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Communications and Coalitions. This role is pivotal in fostering strong partnerships and alliances to advance the team’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for coalition engagement and relationship management.Your Essential Responsibilities:In this position, you will:

Develop strategic relationships with key and new coalition partners and recruit them to participate and become long-term strategic partners in the Corporate Engagement team’s strategic initiatives.

Be a resource and point of contact for members of Corporate Engagement team coalitions and networks.

Coordinate and drive the implementation of coalition strategies, aligning with the Corporate Engagement team’s goals.

Develop and deploy engagement plans to catalyze each coalition and network’s engagement with Corporate Engagement team goals.

Evaluate coalition and network activities, providing reports on progress and outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to coalition and network members, enhancing their capacity to contribute effectively.

Lead efforts to maintain and update data including mailing addresses, email addresses, employment information, classifications, event attendance, and roles for each coalition and network.

Develop, capture, and analyze the appropriate data/metrics/insights/best practices to improve and measure the efficacy of coalition and network engagement.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong internet research and project management skills

Strong initiative and self-motivation

Ability to:

Accurately analyze and interpret data to help make business decisions

Work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines

Maintain and develop professional relationships with allies

Professionally handle confidential information

Prioritize, multitask effectively, be organized, and meet/exceed deadlines

Work effectively in a team setting or work independently when needed

Interact with team members across a variety of vocations

Travel as needed

Education and/or experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience.

Experience working in and managing a CRM required.

Prior experience in building relationships and managing a network of professionals.
