And our work depends on a Compliance and Quality Manager joining our team to support activities for national operations.Responsibilities:

Manages workforce/workflow needs and works closely with program leadership and functional managers with respect to quality of services, knowledge management, and overall integration of operational functional teams.

Develops and implements strategies for workforce/workflow management with respect to quality of services, and tracking and reporting of quality and compliance efforts.

Ensures workforce/workflow management meets project requirements, coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and developing and supporting SOPs for best practices and standardized operations.

May provide oversight and/or collaborate with subordinate staff on workforce/workflow management.

Engages with in-project or corporate supports as necessary.

Provides status reports to project leadership.

Participates in special projects as assigned.

Location:This position is fully remote within the United States.Required:

Position requires child abuse / neglect checks.

Candidates will need to successfully clear Tier 2 Public Trust background investigation for this role.

Education and Experience:

Requires BA/BS.

+7 years of related experience in Child Welfare systems or related systems.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish language preferred but not required.

Schedule:Working schedule parameters projected to be M-F 8-5 with some degree of flexibility for weekend and/or evening hours required of position holder.Travel:10 – 15% travelAbout Our WorkWe are GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.
