NSWCDD DNA utilizes Research & Development and Engineering to develop innovative, affordable, and effective threat-driven integrated training systems, cyber warfare, fleet readiness and sustainment solutions for the Naval Warfighter. NSWCDD DNA has a requirement to design, develop, produce, deploy and test prototypes in support of its stated mission.The following are representative of the possible programs, sponsors, systems and sub-systems to which the required technical support may be applied:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities

Good time management and organizational skills

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program Specialist

Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule

Create monthly and/or quarterly budgets for all company programs

Provide consultation services regarding compliance with tax laws, policies, and company procedures

Report feedback on the success and/or failure of certain projects and activities
