Looking for a capable individual to oversee construction projects for local real estate broker.

Part time, flexible hours, paid by the hour

Applicants must be able to:

procure potential contractors

schedule appointments

meet contractors

receive bids/quotes

inspect jobs to confirm completion

purchase materials/supplies

arrange payment to contractors

Applicants must have:

basic knowledge of renovations/construction

reliable transportation

driver's license

clean record

physical ability to lift at least 50lbs and climb a ladder.
