Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a smart and self-motivated Contracts Coordinatorwith the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.to support our proposal team. This position is remote.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Track contract status through implementation process.
  • Draft, create, and maintain contract and records documentation, ensuring federal contract compliance.
  • Serves as the scribe for working group sessions and major contract meetings, recording topics, action items and responsibilities and getting the information distributed to the attendees in a timely manner following the session/meeting.
  • Prepares timely reporting to review with management, ensuring contract audit and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinates and communicates with management to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Communicates contracts status and progress to management.
  • Maintains and refines tactical library of contractual materials.
  • Main tactical coordinator for execution of response, including outline development, scheduling meetings, tracking task progress, team assignments, quality and compliance reviews, and procurement notices.
  • Performs special project, development work, and other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience.
  • 3-5 years of related contracts experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with the Federal proposal process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prepare complex documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Intrinsic motivation, initiative, desire to surpass expectations and contribute tangibly to the success of our organization.
