It's all part of what makes #MyRichmondFed a great place to work!Develops conceptual, logical, and physical IT engineering designs, that support the infrastructure requirement of varying levels of technical and business application projects. Completes analysis of business requirements, as it relates to technical infrastructure design, and ensure traceability of the design to the business requirements. Assess testing requirements and prepares testing strategies, as well as preparing implementation and transition plans. Performs resolution of moderately complex hardware and software problems affecting application systems and designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, installs, and maintains enhancements to support current releases. Will perform change and problem management using standard tools following National IT change management policies and procedures for software / hardware propagation to other platforms and/or environments and validate system compatibility.What You Will Do:- Control-M Infrastructure and Agent installation / upgrades
- Patch Control-M Infrastructure and Agents
- Conduct Operational Health Check on Control-M infrastructure systems and servers
- Test and document system enhancements prior to deployment across the active environment
- Complete customer service requests for additional client installations per established SOPs
- Document and maintain internal Knowledge Base of issues encountered with solution / workarounds
- Audit and report on individual Control-M Agents as requested
- Participate in team meetings, report on ongoing issues, workload prioritization based on severity and customer requirements
- Report any solution gaps and bugs to management and team in a timely manner
- Experience in managing and installing Control-M Infrastructure and Agents
- Good knowledge of agent based, and agentless techniques used in Unix / Linux and Windows platforms
- Experience in deploying and troubleshooting Control-M Infrastructure and Agents, interoperability with supported Consoles and Integration components for strategic data and event management
- Experience administering and managing Control-M Infrastructure and Agent environment using Control-M Configuration Manager
- Experience in Control-M scheduling function, user definition, etc.
- Experience with Unix / Linux, Windows, AIX Operating Systems
- Experience with standard Network Protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft tool suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding and experience in Agile processes
- Experience with Visio, Venify Certificate Systems, and SSL Security protocols
- Experience with Control-M for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Web Application Services
- Knowledge of Automation solutions and/or scripting

- The hiring range is $64,500 - $80,600 annually.
- For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
