Job Title: Coordinator, Marketing OperationsLocation: RemoteAbout This Role:Comscore is looking for a Coordinator, Marketing Operations to execute digital marketing campaigns for North America. With a focus on people, processes and technologies, this position requires a tech savvy individual with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. In addition to leading the day-to-day execution of campaigns, the candidate is responsible for analyzing campaign performance, collaborating with various teams cross-functionally to optimize campaign strategies, implementing processes to enhance operational efficiencies and educating/training the marketing team. The candidate also assists with maintenance of our MarTech tools, ensuring correct campaign measurement, database cleanliness and proper flow of data.What You'll Do:- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including sending emails, posting content to the website, hosting webinars etc.
- Be a power user/expert of all technologies used to execute campaign tactics including; Eloqua (Marketing Automation Platform), eZPublish (Content Management System), Zoom (webinar platform) and the Marketing Operations Help Desk (in-house, centralized marketing request system).
- Work cross functionally to gain a total view of campaigns, develop a proper cadence and map execution to overall marketing plans.
- Manage client-facing webinars.
- Develop reporting and analyze campaign results against benchmarks to measure effectiveness. Package data to enable marketing managers to report results to cross-functional teams.
- Lead internal training program to reinforce best practices and provide an understanding of reporting and analytics.
- Work with the Lead, Marketing Operations Manager to ensure and improve the database quality globally and assist with segment creation.
- Assist with administrative tasks like routing of incoming inquiries and Sales Hotline requests.
- Bachelors in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
- 1+ year of experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or Hubspot.
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with Web Content Management systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
