Job Description

ANALYGENCE is seeking CI All-Source Analyst candidates for a pending award supporting DIA Office of Counterintelligence (OCI) in multiple NCR locations. This position willprovide robust strategic counterintelligence (CI) all-source analysis support protecting the Department of Defense (DoD) from foreign intelligence entities (FIE), insiders, and other entities.

  • Researching, reviewing, editing, planning, preparing, integrating, and publishing complex all-source studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other DIA elements and IC components on specific functional or regional area(s).
  • Completing Cl studies, plans, network/link analysis, and/or products for the IC, in DoD, and national and international intelligence publications and organizationsensuring compliance with DIAand/or IC standards for finished intelligence production.
  • Conducting extensive research and analysis on functional or regional activities and programs.
  • Providing recommendations on analytic priorities.
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and integrating valid intelligence while ensuring timely, comprehensive, and accurate responses.
  • Identifying significant intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements, and determines analytic approaches to incorporate collected data into all source production.
  • Identifying significant trends within assigned subject matter area and proposes new or revised analytic projects to alert decision-makers, collectors, operators,and/or CI Agents to new developments and to meet customer requirements.
  • Providing guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
  • Using argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.

Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI w CI Poly required.
  • Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience or Eight (8) years of experience without a degree.
  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
  • Ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Demonstrating an understanding of interpreting analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications.
  • Ability to defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions. or unexpected developments.
  • Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.
  • Ability to develop structured research includingbut not limited to obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols.
  • Working knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty,strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise.
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated. and/ or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
