CREW MEMBERS $17 an hour for entry level. Experience levels increase pay rate determined on the knowledge of equipment. Well established Mechanicsville Company for 34 years has IMMEDIATE opening for an individuals who are willing to work well with others, has a positive attitude, can multi-task, has experience in this field. Drivers license is a MUST. Must have reliable transportation. This position will include being able to work in a field with others and complete the jobs at hand. We are seeking dedicated Experienced personnel who will be responsible for ensuring job site quality for all day-to-day activities involving landscape and grounds maintenance services to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Ability to operate various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, etc.

Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic

Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely.

Honest, dependable, has a positive attitude and is cooperative

Takes care of equipment and tools, is self-motivated, has a desire to learn and improve

Has pride in his/her work

Adheres to, and supports, company policies and seeks to grow with the company
