Cup Operator

Description:Candidate for Operator in grinding will be working in the raw materials, first part of the bearings process which is a more hot, dirty area handling the cups and cones through the manufacturing process. These two areas are separate as the Cones are the lighter piece of the bearing and the cups are the main/larger bearing exterior.Candidates must have a mechanical aptitude however this is a trainable role.But if the machinery has an issue, it's important to have a experience in mechanical functionality to be able to troubleshoot and/or call maintenance if required.Candidates may be trained on measurement methods to ensure proper thickness, temperature etc. Candidates will set up and run testing on parts and generate QC reports via a computer if needed.Candidates will use a hoist to lift product onto conveyor belts and through equipment, all of which is CNC controlled. Candidates should be familiar with machine operation, CNC control panels (preferred) inspection, and seeing the part through the process; as opposed to standing in one place running one part they will follow the process flow and will be busy walking the area seeing the parts through to completionSkills:machine operation, production, manufacturing, material handling, lifting, packing, inspection, CNC, Quality assurance, material handling, forklift, production, overhead crane, assembly, inventory, general labor, packaging, loadingTop Skills Details:machine operation, production, manufacturing, material handling, lifting, packing, inspection, CNCAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Candidates should have experience working in a team manufacturing environment, ideally with metal fabrication experience however any machine experience could compare provided they have CNC operating experience or are familiar with Computers.
