CACI is looking for an ambitious, motivated team player to develop, who can immediately apply their skill set to offer value to CACI.More About the RoleThe primary duties of this position are to coordinate, advise and execute assessments of CACI’s programs to ensure customer expectations are being met, validate performance, drive improvements, and assist programs with a successful recompete. Working with program teams, line management, and capture and business development, the analyst will customize an assessment to obtain the most appropriate feedback from strategically selected customers. The candidate will learn to serve as a consultant to CACI programs, advising them on approaches and actions.The analyst will utilize multiple types of feedback to provide reporting to programs and to perform analysis across various levels of CACI. This will include both quantitative and qualitative analysis.The analyst will conduct data analysis regularly, seeking out trends, patterns, and forecasts, and must be able to effectively relay those findings. Coordination with CACI corporate services will be necessary as CACI’s Data Lake developers progress their work.The analyst will assist with CACI’s BD and Capture activities, serving as a resource and subject matter expert on CACI’s past performance library. To include, assisting in the preparation and provision of materials required in various business development areas. Further, the analyst will assist BD and Capture with contract compliance reviews, PMR reviews, Risk Reviews, and CACI Program Performance Profiles. Finally, BD and Capture will rely on the analyst to assist in the development and execution of an out of cycle program review.In addition, the analyst will provide training to program personnel on assessment optimization tactics, conduct training sessions for new CACI Program Managers, participate in various Quality Management System (QMS) activities including audits, contribute to process improvements, and may be assigned other duties.Finally, the analyst will have access to all available resources in which to further their skillset. To include, facilitating a PMP through various assigned projects and preparatory materials.You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and possess 6+ years of work experience

Use of enterprise systems (SCORE, Workday, ServiceNow)
Experience with Camtasia or video editing software
Experience with Power BI
Strong oral and written communication
