Description We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude and professionalism. You will be responsible to:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
Continuously seek to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes.
Requirements
Bilingual
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
