TEKsystems is hiring fully remote customer service representatives Equipment is NOT provided. You MUST have your own computer (Chromebooks and Celerons are NOT compatible)Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (hours subject to change during open enrollment)Location: Fully Remote (can be located anywhere) Customer Service Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities: CSRs will be handling inbound calls to CSC for the state of Vermont's Medicaid program. Below are some of the examples of calls that are handled by customer service. Medicaid- Enrollments Terminations ID Cards. QHP- Market Place Plans- Enrollments Terminations.
