Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Chatham, Virginia. Our industry involves handling customer queries and maintaining their records efficiently. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be key in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our firm.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries. Ensure effective data entry and order entry tasks. Schedule appointments as necessary and provide call center customer service. Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate records. Contribute to email correspondence with customers to address their queries and concerns. Play a part in the billing process by creating work orders for specific accounts. Maintain and reconcile landfill transfer station accounts for accuracy. Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
