Customer Service Representative for Glass Shop - Full Time CSR

Ace Glass Inc. is hiring for a customer service representative. Seeking someone with prior glass experience, or being familiar with vehicle year, makes, and models is a plus. Full time position. This customer service representative position is very customer oriented, consisting of answering calls, pricing/scheduling windshield and glass replacements, scheduling residential/commercial glass estimate appointments, helping walk in customers etc. Our office consists of four CSRs. We are seeking someone that works well with others in a team environment.
