Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales assistance for all customers, Territory Sales Managers, and internal colleagues across the Commercial Food Service, Concept Restaurant and Events, and Export divisions.Key Responsibilities-Respond to Customers, Territory Sales Managers and internal colleagues inquiries by phone and/or email.Set up Customers in Netsuite system utilizing forms sent via DocuSignEnsure that all quotes and orders are being accurately entered, updated, and completed in Netsuite in a timely manner.Direct problem resolution in response to order discrepancies and stock outages.Update customer records as needed.Track Customers orders utilizing a transit management system, or communication with the shipping department as necessary.
