Responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions. Designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met. Provides engineering support for technical implementation of cyber solutions in conjunction with hardware product development, for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, and scientific applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Conducts vulnerability research, penetration testing, malware analysis and reverse engineering development of computer network operations tools.

Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Oracle Identity Management (IDM) and Cyber technical developer to support the Marine Corps Oracle EBS R12 system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team supporting new development, changes, updates, and upgrades to Oracle IDM and Authentication Stack which integrates with EBS, OBIEE, and SOA. Detail activities are listed below:
  • Oracle EBS Cyber developer will be responsible for the design, development, and troubleshooting of issues related to Cyber/Authentication using CAC token requiring experience in Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Fusion Middleware technology including Java EE, Weblogic, HTML5, Java Script, JQuery, Node, integrated with Oracle R12.2 EBS, OBIEE, and SOA.
  • Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to be in compliance with approved Agile approach including deploying patches and upgrades to the technology stack.
  • Review technical design documentation and perform code reviews produced by other Cyber developers to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different components.
  • Interact with government product owners and other SMEs to analyze requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring to junior resources as required.
  • Review Change Requests and aid in gathering requirements and identifying solution.
  • Tune and optimize related code and related systems level configurations.
  • Provide technical support during the release testing phases.
  • Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
  • Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.
  • Drive meetings with production owners and manage the analysis through design and development phases.
  • As required, provide updates to related deliverables.
  • Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Expert in Cyber Authentication using Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Fusion Middleware technology including Java EE, Weblogic, HTML5, Java Script, JQuery, Node, integrated with Oracle R12.2 EBS, OBIEE, and SOA.
  • Experience in CAC based authentication solution for federal agencies including DoD.
  • Experience in Single Sign-on (SSO) technology and integration with EBS R12.2, OBIEE, SOA, and Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c and higher.
  • Experience working in Oracle Linux environment and shell scripting.
  • Experience in Java IDE including JDeveloper, Eclipse or similar.
  • Work with vendors specifically Oracle on service requests as required.
  • Perform impact analysis of the product updates released periodically by the vendor.
  • Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs.
  • Ability to develop professional documentation and other written materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber Security using Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Fusion Middleware technology including Java EE, Weblogic, HTML5, Java Script, JQuery, Node, integrated with Oracle R12.2 EBS, OBIEE, and SOA using CAC token.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have
  • Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and OAF, ADF, JSF framework
  • Experience in Oracle SCM including related modules
