Cybersecurity Architect

DescriptionThe Health Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cybersecurity Solution Architect to work in our Reston, Virginia office. This position will support Cybersecurity architecture and solutions for Leidos customers.What you will do:

Architect solutions utilizing state of the art tools within virtualized and cloud environments.

designing and deploying cybersecurity architectures for large-scale IT systems for large commercial and government customers.

Provide Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity architecture and technology development for government customers.

Develop innovative approaches and solutions.

Develop architectures for federal customers in highly regulated and secure environments.

Taking customer requirements and synthesizing solution sets to meet customer mission objectives.

Work with the end-customer to elicit requirements and implement enterprise solutions from design through deployment.

What you will bring:

Master’s degree with 15-20 years of applicable experience

Experience leading world class Cyber Teams and provide direction to other engineers.

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with fellow engineers and senior executive leadership.

Provide Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity architecture and technology development for government customers.

Zero-Trust architecture design and implementation experience

Multilayer security architecture experience.

DevSecOps implementation experience.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) experience.

FedRAMP Medium and High controls implementation experience.

Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework.

Experience implementing cybersecurity architectures in cloud environments.

Possess one or more Cybersecurity certifications.

10 years’ experience participating in capture pursuits for complex and cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for government customers.

Experienceas lead cyber solutions architect for proposals.

Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $142,350.00 - $257,325.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
