- Deep experience and expertise leading cybersecurity programs that include large teams of ISSOs, Risk Managers, security control assessors
- Experience / familiarity with NIST RMF accreditation
- Experience / familiarity with FISMA requirements
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud implementation
- Understanding of security impacts on system design, architecture, data, SOPs, etc
- Day-to-day guidance for cyber teams on vulnerabilities, threats, lessons learned, best practices
- Experience with SA&A tasks for FISMA and FedRAMP assessments
- Experience as advisor for security operations and security policy/standards implementation
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary agile teams
- Improving and maturing cybersecurity workforces
- Technical experience as an ISSO, risk manager, security control assessor
Required Certifications: - CISSP, PMP, CISM, MCSE, IAT/IAM III, minimum AWS cloud practitioner, CEH
