Responsibilities:• Perform routine data quality checks on key data fields that comprise a business application (i.e., Owner, Production Location, Platform, Programming Technologies, etc.)• Identify missing, outdated, and/or inaccurate data pertaining to business applications within a specific portfolio• Prepare reports and analyses highlighting any significant gaps in data pertaining to business applications with a portfolio• Engage with the appropriate stakeholders to help populate missing data, reconcile inaccuracies, and submit changes into the authoritative source repository• Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies and present findings to leadership as needed• Support yearly data gathering efforts in response to internal and external audits (i.e., NCUA, CFPB) across the enterprise• Support data synchronization efforts across enterprise platforms to achieve consistency in the information provided to stakeholders• Proactively identify and communicate any issues, risks and/or barriers to completing data analysis activities• Compile relevant information into presentations for leadership

Qualifications and Education Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience• Experience serving in the role of a Data Analyst supporting various functional domains• Experience in performing various forms of analysis including systems analysis, business process analysis, data quality assessments, trends analysis, and ad-hoc data explorations• Experience in developing business process and data flow models• Experience in facilitating review and validation of data analyses with technical and non-technical audiences• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills• Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to all levels, including senior executives, within an organization• Effective word processing, spreadsheet, diagramming, and presentation software skills
