Eight hours daily on site 1.Proficient at helping user differentiate between their ‘Wants’ vs. ‘Needs’, well versed with business system analysis, gathering structured and unstructured requirements (data gathering, analyzing, solutions, and documentation)2.) Multi-faceted team player having performed diverse roles with a wide spectrum of business and technical responsibilities and training:3.) Quality Assurance Lead – continuous quality improvements in data accuracy, program review, data matching.4.) Communicate with internal IT partners to provide technical assistance in identification of and resolution of application issues.5.)
