The Enterprise Services Service Delivery, IT Service Management organization has an immediate need for a Data Insight Process Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting information from the ServiceNow platform as well as other disparate data sources and sets.

The candidate will work closely with our ITSM reporting team and their customers, which includes process owners, service workflow owners, and development. The role entails analyzing data to identify trends and root causes. Through their analysis, the candidate will generate actionable knowledge and have the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to develop recommendations based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected back to our customers. They will also be expected to identify patterns and higher-level information from all the data sources through use of tools and application programming as well as lead in the development of innovative visualizations of the data and effectively communicate key metrics, trends, and actionable insight.They should be flexible with working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. This role will coordinate with process owners across a wide variety of services to determine requirements and drive best practice scenarios. The deliverables produced in this role will enable solutions in line with the company's strategic goals, resulting in customer satisfaction, time and cost savings.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
  • Bachelors Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in working with visualization tools (e.g., Service Now Performance analytics, Tableau)
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies (i.e. Lean, SAFe)
  • Experience defining key performance indicators for services
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with using data to identify gaps, root causes and resulting process improvement opportunities
  • A strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI
Basic Qualifications for Level 4:
  • Bachelors Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in working with visualization tools (e.g., Service Now Performance analytics, Tableau)
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies (i.e. Lean, SAFe)
  • Experience defining key performance indicators for services
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with using data to identify gaps, root causes and resulting process improvement opportunities
  • A strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Data Science, Data Analytics or relevant discipline
  • Experience in reviewing, validating and analyzing incidents and requests related to Service Levels (SLs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure proper contract inclusion and exclusions
  • Six Sigma experience
  • Experience in reviewing and validating the data being collected and reported by a supplier
  • Experience creating Return to Green plans to address SLA Breaches, or when required
  • Experience working with internal customers

Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD

Salary Range 2: $103,900 USD - $155,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
