Position Details:

- Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour

- Employment Type: Full-time (4 days a week), with the ability to work one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities:

- Advocate for patients and educate them on treatment plans and financial options.

- Coordinate treatment plans, insurance requirements, and billing practices.

- Assist in achieving office production goals and maintaining a positive patient experience.

- Conduct financial consultations and manage payment options for patients.

- Build trust and understanding with patients to meet their dental objectives.

- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and answering phones.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of front office/patient advocate experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.

- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and organization skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
