Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues up to $25M

Responsible for leading program teams. As an assistant to the Program Manager you will lead and direct the technical and administrative project team. Similarly, you will execute and monitor project activities.

Lead the team to successful outcomes by identifying the appropriate path to resolve challenges.

Significant responsibilities as key GDIT leader, both internal and external.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience

Required Technical Skills: expertise in project methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall, Kanban, etc.)

Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, management, leadership, critical thinking, decision making, interpersonal, organizational, risk management, and technical skills.

3+ years of experience in managing budgets and financial reporting

Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project

Location: Hybrid. Local to DC Headquarters for on-site meetings with customer

Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
