RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Chantilly, VA that is seeking a Deputy Program Manager.

Summary:In this role, the Deputy Program Manager manages substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. This person organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. The Deputy Program Manager has demonstrated information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management. This role simultaneously plans and manages the transition of several highly technical projects, establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct program/technical support activities, and meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities as well as problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. The position scope includes Operations, Finance, Client relationship building, Sales, Contracts and personnel management. This account has over 60 FTE and supports over 1800 agency staff and 250,000 external customers. The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for Monitoring Customer Experience Feedback, Quality Assurance and Audits Management, Documentation Oversite, Net Promoter Score, Staffing Plan, Risk Management Plan, Communications Plan, and DSFG Staff Training.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree - preferred to be in IT related field PMP, ITIL foundations or higher 7 years of program management experience Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated track record of contracts management Demonstrated experience driving complex issues to closure with internal and external customers Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices Previous experience supporting and interfacing with senior executive stakeholders Experience in financial/budget management of contracts, specifically FFP Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Delivery or sales efforts in a similar sized services organization to NSF Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
