AECOM is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager with a robust background in federal projects to oversee the management and execution of high-profile initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of maintaining contract compliance, ensuring quality standards, and driving project success from inception to completion. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Oversee program related activities for smaller programs or a defined part of a larger program, in support of the overall Program Manager.Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery at the program level or for elements of a program.Advocate for ethical and safe working practices.Supports innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.Identify areas of high risk and pro-actively takes actions to positively impact program outcomes.Contribute to the global learning and people development strategy for program management, including identification of talent gaps and resourcing plans.Assess long-term and disruptive trends in their area of expertise.Proposes skill development approaches and workforce planning to deliver capabilities for the future.Actively supports the attraction and retention of talent across area of expertise.Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreement.
