Our government client is looking for an experienced
Desktop Support Analyst on a hybrid 9+ months renewable contract role in Richmond, VA.Position – Desktop Support AnalystProvide 1st level support to Agency’s proprietary System and other systems Provide deskside support to agency staff, to include hardware and software installation/troubleshooting Answer System Support hotline to provide technical support and direction Maintain agency technical knowledge base, including updating and creating knowledge base articles Maintain Agency assets via agency asset management system Possess exceptional customer service skills Manage ticket queues, and following up on open tickets Assist with special projects as needed Perform other support related tasks as assigned Ability to relay technical information to non-technical usersRequired/Desired Skills:- 4 Years of Windows Desktop Support Needed Required
- 4 Years of Experience installing/troubleshooting hardware and software Required
- 1 Years of Microsoft and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications Highly desired
- 3 Years of Manage ticket queues, and following up on open tickets Required
- 3 Years of Assist with special projects as needed Required
- 3 Years of Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users Required
- 1 Years of Technology asset management (distribution of assets, retrieval of assets and tracking) Required
