Die Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Die Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing injection molds and ensuring the optimal functioning of tools and dies. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in various repair techniques.Responsibilities

Repair and maintain injection molds and dies

Perform welding and grinding tasks

Utilize CNC equipment for repair work

Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

Ensure all tools and dies are functioning properly and safely

Essential Skills

Experience in die maintenance and repair

Proficiency in welding and grinding

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with CNC equipment

Ability to work with precision tools and machinery

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with repairing injection molds and dies

Knowledge of tool and die processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
