Looking for a high impact, high visibility strategic role that touches every Volkswagen customer? We're looking for a Digital Product Manager who will help shape the experience that customers shopping for a Volkswagen will experience in the digital space. The role will be involved in the early-stage concept, product ideation and definition process, bringing new and exciting Volkswagen digital products and experiences to life . Your Key Responsibilities: - Be an advocate for the customer - Drive a customer focused product roadmap and prioritize effectively. - Drive customer research initiatives to understand customer needs and ensure product market fit. - Understand competition and identify how we win through differentiation . - Develop clear, actionable problem statements to help teams deliver results - Lead and engage with cross-functional teams to launch products that meet customer needs. - Identify and track OKRs including usage and financial metrics to measure product success. - Drive key decisions with cross-functional stakeholders .
Qualifications: Minimum requirements: - Relevant professional experience in product development, product management, product strategy , marketing, consulting or related field (desired 10+ years) - Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Product/Business Development) - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Experience with end-to-end product delivery including design, user testing, technical development and delivery - Experience overseeing product roadmap and strategy - Experience with feature delivery and making strategic tradeoffs Preferred skill set : - In-depth knowledge of digital product development with a focus on shopping and buying patterns - Strong design and customer experience acumen - Strong analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills - Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Self-motivated, organized, adaptable to a dynamic environment - Great research/data analysis skills in regards to customer demographics, competitor intelligence, and market/sales trend ( mTab , AutoPlanner , Autosource , Tableau, etc.) Work flexibility:- Up to 20% domestic travel, international travel is also possible
