Direct Support Providers

Direct Support Providers responsibilities are, but not limited to:

 Providing one-on-one care and supervision of the residents of each assigned house.

 Assist with healthy living skills and conduct recreational and social activities enhancing skill acquisition.

 Reporting resident’s conditions and behaviors, while helping to meet goals set with each person’s service plan.

 Daily supporting meds, feeding, and ensuring the needs of each resident is properly met.

 Complete reports/plans and record entries in a timely manner in accordance with program procedures.

 Performing light housekeeping, upkeep, & maintaining a safe environment.

12-hour shift/8-hour shifts/4-hour shifts

Compensation: $14.50-$17.50

(This is based on experience, education & professional certifications).

Education: High School or Equivalent

Experience: 1 year(Certification or License)

Must have a valid driver’s license, issued from DMV, criminal background investigation and a registry check by the Department of Social Services.
