- Develop strategies and recommendations for DevSecOps tooling and infrastructure with common reusable patterns across pipeline, infrastructure, configuration
- Develop strategies for DevOps team as partner to developer team to promote improved quality, security, and resilience of applications
- Promote fully automated CI and CD through best practices using GitHub and pluggable pipeline architecture through development of reusable GitHub actions
- Keep infrastructure and applications secure by devising strategies to monitor network and application security
- Lead members of the DevSecOps team and development teams to ensure the application architecture follows DevSecOps established practices for resiliency, security, monitoring, and quality on the cloud
- Develop DR strategies for the application and ensure RPO and RTO goals of the application are achieved and lead implementation across applications
- Training and mentoring development team to adopt consistent practices for pipeline development, monitoring and Incident management
- Proficiency in AWS infrastructure and services
- Previous leadership/ Management experience (Lead Engineer / Sr. Manager of DevOps)
- Strong experience in cloud architecture using AWS services and ability to select right service based on the needs
- Significant experience in developing and implementing strategies for system automation, deployment, and implementation.
- Experience in using Linux, GitHub, and ample experience in configuring and automating the monitoring tools both on Prem and on AWS Cloud
- Strong experience in building pipelines with GitHub and ensuring security of the repository and deployed code
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP network stack, including troubleshooting and tuning experience
