Description Cindy Bradley is actively recruiting for our client seeking: Director of Finance/Divisional CFO for our Behavioral Health Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the financial operations for our group.The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (CPA preferred), previous experience in healthcare overall financial operations, knowledge of in-patient psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital finance, excellent people skills. Responsibilities:

Overseeing all financial administration of the hospital, including revenue cycle, general accounting, information systems, and financial reporting.

Compliance with all hospital and corporate policies and procedures.

Ensuring that internal controls are adequate to safeguard facility assets and that accounting systems are sufficient to generate accurate and timely financial reports.

Responsible for the preparation of the annual hospital budget.

Supervision of the business office staff and managing the hospital's revenue cycle.

Monitoring performance goals and objectives and analyzing variances.

Ensuring that all financial operations are compliant with generally accepted accounting principles as well as any other local, state, and federal guidelines.

Participating in the annual independent audit preparation and process.

Assisting in the daily, weekly and monthly reporting of operating statistics and financial metrics.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field, CPA preferred.

Previous experience in healthcare overall financial operations.

Strong understanding and adherence to healthcare compliance plan and code of conduct.

Experience in payroll is also required.
