The Graffiti Team is in charge of the platforms that deliver key Card Customer Experiences for our account holders: Welcome Kits with the card for our new customers, Digital/Paper Statements based on customer preferences and important servicing letters with information about their account terms, status or new features. This is an exciting time to join the Graffiti Team! We are seeking a Product Leader that is up for the challenge to create a bold and cohesive strategy to deliver on our platform goals and drive a strong culture of collaboration across all our stakeholders. You will be leading a team of 5 to 6 Product Managers and 8 tech teams. This is a critical product management leadership role within the team that leads the transformation of the Graffiti Platform. Our Platforms enable Card's most relevant life cycle experiences for our customers delivering the Card Welcome kits, including the Card carriers of a new product, delivering monthly Account statements and/or delivering servicing letters with highly relevant account information. As a leader of the Graffiti Platform you will be:Defining the strategic investments and roadmaps to deliver the new & modern Card Platform with modular and extensible components that connect with our supplier fleet and that ensures we put 50 Million cards in the hands of our customersDelivering Card Strategic Growth Initiatives by delivering to suppliers the data to produce welcome kits and fulfill on Card embossingManaging the platforms governance process to ensure all internal customers requests are appropriately evaluated by the product owners, operations specialist and engineers and then prioritized in our roadmap/backlogDriving innovative solutions to eliminate our paper footprint and strategically building digital solutions to deliver Welcome Kits and Card critical account informationThe Graffiti agenda spans multiple teams, so this leader must partner very closely with his/her tech leader to define tech solutions that will take us closer to our Architecture Destination. You will also need to work as One Team with the Supply Chain Strategy and Supply Chain Solutions (Operations) Teams to ensure we are delivering platform capabilities that deliver business value and that provide efficient solutions for the team managing all of our suppliers.We want you if you are:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 7 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

MBA or Master’s degree

5+ years of experience in Agile product management

5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
