In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will be an analytically minded Human Resources professional with a demonstrated track record of aligning Talent Acquisition strategy with business strategy. You will consider it a personal passion to stay current on industry trends and leading technologies and have a burning desire to bring about transformation. You will have deep experience as a people leader with the ability to lead associates at all levels by setting clear expectations, delivering open and honest feedback, providing skill and career development, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also possess the confidence and poise to influence the executive leadership team and various internal stakeholders. Most of all, you will possess the highest ethical standards, accompanied by a balanced ego and unwavering integrity.Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide innovative and creative solutions to senior executives with a willingness to push and challenge for transformative work

Work with cross-functional teams to shape talent strategy and products

Leverage data and analysis to solve complex business and talent problems

Influence partners and key stakeholders

Develop strategic frameworks to frame business problems

Generate hypotheses to drive insight

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination

At least 7 years of experience in a consultative role

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree or MBA

Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification

At least 10 years of experience in HR strategy or in Talent Acquisition or a combination

At least 8 years of experience in Client Management

At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting

At least 8 years of experience in People Management
