Candidate will participate and lead a team that is responsible for disaster recovery and operational resiliency support. The candidate should have strong familiarity with principles in risk, crisis, resilience and/or emergency management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work on complex, sensitive and time-critical issues while demonstrating creative thinking and solutioning. Proven ability to collect, organize and aggregate information for executive-level reporting. Exceptional attention to detail; ability to quickly synthesize unstructured and narrative information. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing and balancing competing, time-urgent demands, and geographies. Strong written and verbal communication. This role is cross-functional, and you will work across all aspects of firm services (15+ functions, geographically dispersed across the globe) to mature the firm's ability to prepare for, mitigate and respond to operational disruptions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Enterprise Technology Resiliency framework and model, including assessments and tracking of responses via roadmaps.
  • Drive the assessment of the current state of resiliency capability against the maturity goals.
  • Create Migration and Validation Playbooks, report and validate Results of Tests Performed by the LOBs.
  • Own the end-to-end from Kick-off to migration and help with crafting regulatory deliverables on the scorecard items.
  • Drive the objectives and priorities (Query, analyze, and reconcile complex data) set by Program management & Manager for EO Tools Management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related study or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in Project Management, Technology Operational support, Engineering or similar fields
  • Hands on experience of tools like JIRA, ETL
  • Solid understanding of data from a process, business and IT perspective including data governance
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies
  • Advanced communication and documentation skills
  • Financial Services and/or mortgage industry experience including the implementation of policy, standards & governance
  • Solid understanding of application architectures, deployment topologies and cloud based operating models.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in build DR playbooks, developing test scenarios, capturing results for assessment, align objectives from business to IT’s capabilities and there by assess the feasibility, drive requirements to help improve IT’s DR architecture / capabilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of Third-Party testing, Resiliency, Assessment and Execution of related DR testing.
  • Experience with Service Now, Jira
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with Industry monitoring standards and tools
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with continuous change and short deadlines
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in disaster recovery, modern application design / architecture and/or risk management field.
  • Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility
  • Ability to work with and collaborate across the team and drive execution of operational resiliency plans.
  • Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships inside and outside of the Operations division
  • Deep curiosity to learn about new trends and how to do things better
  • Ability to use data to help advise strategy and direction
