Dispatcher

We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee the daily planning of members’ trips to and from medical facilities. This service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with company procedures. His/her duties involve daily communication and interaction with drivers and clients. He/she must also organize, conduct, and prioritize activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance.

Hiring full-time position to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Job Responsibilities:

Point of contact for drivers, facilities, and members to book, change, cancel, or verify trips.

Monitors all communication channels (phone, email, fax and messaging) and respond timely.

Maintain accurate up to date passenger records in members profile, making all necessary changes in status, client contact information, or other profile details.

Proactively monitors on-time performance, ensures proper communication, provides logistical assistance and implements improvement techniques when necessary.

Tracks trip times, ensure trip details are complete and accurate in the transportation software. All service issues are required to be thoroughly documented in transportation software. Required to manage communications between drivers, facilities, and members start-to-end when a quality issue arises.

Support drivers with tech support on company APP, troubleshooting or manage open tickets.

Can effectively work in an in-person team, remote team and independently as-needed.

Data entry and administrative assignments will be assigned during time with low call volume and/or minimal trips in queue.

Requirements:

Can sit for long periods of time.

Reliable in attendance.

Computer experience. Preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem and transportation software.

Demonstrate a high customer service commitment and poses professional phone manner.

Experience in working with those with specialized care needs; preferably mobility challenges.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
