Drilling Tech and Equipment Operator

Responsibilities/Duties: Our Techs work in a wide range of roles. This position includes the training of all positions within the company. A willingness to learn and a good attitude is required. Overtime pay should be expected. Working outside a minimum of 85% of the work week. Benefits after initial probationary period of 90 days. Direct Deposit. Work boot reimbursement.

Tasks may also include one or more of the following:

- Driving;

- Maintenance

- Various daily tasks

This position will require some travel, overtime, and everyday physical work. lifting at times 100lbs.

Required Skills:

- Must be mechanically inclined;

- Valid driver license;

- Good attitude, willing to learn and be trained

Must possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate a history of responsibility, initiative, motivation and creativity.

Required Education: High school equivalency

Additional Requirements: Must be in good physical health and able to lift up to 100 pounds in performance of field duties.
