- Maintain, develop, and improve Microsoft portal application and CRM application, with customizations and integrations.
- Work with business, analysts, other developers, and testers to develop and maintain the application in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- Assist with Portal system documentation and provide input into requirements and design.
- Troubleshoot problems in the application and work with Microsoft to help resolve issues if needed.
- Develop portal applications, support other developers working as team partners, and unit testing applications.
- Participates in code reviews and other peer reviews as needed.
- Assist BAs with mockups and screen design.
- Responsible for support portal deployments, including support for CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
- 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal development experience, including Power apps.
- Experience in CRM development is helpful.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and capabilities.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in deployment strategies and with deployment automation.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities and bring up any issues proactively.
- Comfortable asking questions.
- Experience in an agile team environment is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
