ECommerce Clerk - Charleston, WV

Under the direction of the eCommerce Supervisor, prepares and posts products on shopgoodwill.com and other marketplaces.  Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Identifying rare, collectible, and/or unique items to either Feature or start at a higher opening bid.Quickly researching items in order to determine value.Deciding whether or not to list items, and whether or not to keep rejected items to bundle.Listing items on the shopgoodwill.com website and other marketplaces accurately.Weighing, measuring, and photographing items for listing in a way that accurately discloses both item quality and flaws.Listing items on the shopgoodwill.com website and other marketplaces accurately and comprehensively, utilizing keywords to generate listing titles and item descriptions that will ensure maximum visibility.Ensuring that items are safely and accurately shelved in order to minimize breakage, loss, and lost items.Responding to customer inquiries within one business day or sooner.Cleaning and testing products as needed.Meeting all listing and revenue requirements.Other duties as assigned.
