- Develop comprehensive configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support implementation of initiatives and process
- Ensure technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture of the client
- Identify/recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points, and implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performance
- Identify detailed business requirements to support Salesforce.com implementation within the scope of prioritizing enhancements and projects
- Master's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience, Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant work experience, or Associate degree with 9 years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- 2+ years' experience in Salesforce Developer role with a private company, government, or consulting agency
- Experience developing workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, and Visualforce
- Prior experience supporting an organization with CRM and multiple active Force.com
- Experience working with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
- Certifications: Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant
