As an Electrician 1, under the supervision of the building maintenance foreman, you will install, maintain, and repair secondary voltage electrical systems, including 480 volts, energy management systems, communication systems, signal systems, fire alarms, and related equipment of various voltages. In this role, will also work with outside contractors and service representatives.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.

Overtime: As needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Successful completion of the Electrician Trainee program (commonwealth title); or

Four years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and equipment; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

Legal Requirements:

A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.

This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.

Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
