Description We are offering an opportunity for an Endpoint Administrator to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. As part of our IT team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our endpoint devices, ensuring proper configuration and compliance through Microsoft and Intune and Maas360. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage the installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, and support of desktop systems based on service requests. Use Crowdstrike, Microsoft Intune, and Maas360 for device administration, configuration, and compliance activities. Enroll devices into Mobile Device Management (MDM). Maintain and manage Microsoft Intune configuration and compliance profiles for computers and mobile devices. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid system failures and implement machine life cycle policy. Carry out failure analysis and determine corrective action plans. Plan and execute assigned work within deadlines and maintain records of daily tasks. Maintain accurate documentation for system installations, configurations, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities. Develop Powershell scripts to automate tasks and create software packages for deployment via MDM. Replace defective or inadequate software packages and ensure cybersecurity measures are up-to-date across all systems. Regularly review system logs for any unusual activity that could indicate a security breach or system malfunction. Collaborate with other departments to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals. Conduct regular audits of IT equipment to ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Communicate with equipment vendors to ensure device enrollment in AutoPilot programs for Intune. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Endpoint Administration or a similar role. Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco Technologies. Hands-on experience with Citrix Technologies is essential. Familiarity with Computer Hardware is a must. Understanding and experience in Database management. Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory is necessary. Experience with Apple Devices is a plus. Proficiency in Backup Technologies is necessary. Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management is required.
