Job DescriptionHII is recognized as one of America's top large company employers and is driven by strong values and ethics that puts people's safety and well-being first.HII employees continuously rise to the challenge of setting the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct and perform in concert with our company slogan "Hard Stuff Done Right".We are in need of a motivated Cyber Training Developer to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.Our ideal candidate for an Operations Research Analyst - Serves as an expert in the analysis field to support DoD customers and mission partners, enabling expert input to the development of requirements for capabilities and/or the assessment and improvement of candidate COTS/GOTS capabilities. Leads development of techniques for research of all-source data and assists other intelligence analysts in the planning, identification, and user perspective of intelligence tools. Prepares mathematical models of problem areas in forms of one of several equations that relate constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives and their numerical parameters. Gathers, relates, and identifies data with variables in models by applying personal judgment and mathematical tests. Reviews operations and testing of models to insure adequacy or determines needs for reformulation. Analyzes operations methods, which require substantial competence in the rigorous methods of scientific and mathematical inquiry and analysis. Prepares written, non-technical reports to management, indicating solutions or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops new and/or integrates existing system simulation frameworks, performance models and algorithms, threat models and command and control models. Develops software that simulates behavior of users and systems. Develops, integrates and uses graphical user interfaces and visualization tools. Models operational environments, performs trade studies via computer simulation and provides decision support for alternative architectures. Performs operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis. May build and design training models.Minimum Qualifications- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
