Basic knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and practices Provides clear, concise, and consistent communication skills including technical writing Ability to function effectively independently and as a member on a technical teamLevel 2 3+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated competencies in applicable discipline Familiarity of current or future operations technology solutions such as NMS, TRS, dSCADA, etc. General understanding of engineering principles, theories, and practices Effective oral, written, and graphical communication skills including technical writing Ability to conduct standard tests, measurements, and experiments Ability to receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problemsLevel 3 5+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated competencies in applicable discipline. Extensive prior experience in the use of and/or support of current or future operations technology solutions such as NMS, TRS, dSCADA, etc. Ability to design system, components, or processes meeting specified needs for broadly defined engineering problems appropriate to discipline Proficient personal computer skills including knowledge of applicable software programs. Ability to indemnify and use appropriate technical literature Ability to conduct standard tests, measurements, and experiments; Ability to analyze and interpret the results to improve processes.
