In this role, you will create solutions with a process-driven view, as well as devise processes for maintaining and/or updating existing structures. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Enterprise Architecture - Architecture - role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural decisions for Enterprise Business Architecture. A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of technical architecture and have implemented solutions in a cloud environment. Knowledge of industry best practices around enterprise strategy, architectures, and patterns. Drive Software Tools rationalization across the Enterprise by collaborating with partner organizations and enable cost savings and risk mitigation Evolve Enterprise Business Capability model, Process Taxonomy and drive Business Architecture standards across the business portfolios Partner with Business and Technical Process owners to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help optimize the processes enabling faster Time to Market and lowering Total Cost of Ownership Develops an enterprise understanding of the core and supporting processes of the business, including the people, resources and systems involved. Support Enterprise Business Architecture Functions partnering with peers, business and technical stakeholders and development teams Establish Reference Architectures, Composite Patterns and run Proof of Concepts on emerging technologies that can accelerate agile software delivery process Maintains knowledge on business and technology trends that impact the business environment. Acts as a link between business and technical experts when designing technology solutions Experience with micro-services architectures and cloud migration for data. The Advisor will also need to have experience implementing Technical/Deployment Architectures in the AWS Services as well as experience with Engineering Tools and capabilities in order to solve for inter-service communication, data hydration, application security, platform resiliency etc. Strong interpersonal communications skill is required. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 6 years Desired Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent 12+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, systems architecture and engineering, analysis and applications programming required Expertise in implementing complex full stack solutions including API, Micro-Services, Streaming etc. in large Enterprise Data organizations Good understanding of Machine Learning Statistical & Predictive Modeling, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Text Mining and AI/ NLP concepts Experience in defining and implementing data strategies that encompass data integration, movement and transformation logic at an enterprise-level Good understanding of Data Modeling concepts/industry standards including the canonical data exchange standards Hands on experience leveraging object-oriented design patterns and domain driven design principles Proficient with REST standards and best practices and hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs Familiarity with Planning, Design, Road maps, POC implementations for AWS Cloud technologies. Familiarity with leveraging Amazon ECS, EKS and Fargate services Good understanding of Amazon Managed Services such as Redshift, PostgreSQL RDS/Aurora Working knowledge of EMR, Redshift, S3 Athena, Apache Spark framework and using Python, or R. Expertise in designing solution architecture with a view towards resiliency, availability and very comfortable in designing Failover and Recovery strategies In-depth knowledge of Data Warehouse & Operational Data Store Architecture & Methodologies Good understanding of AWS security frameworks experience in architecting complex/enterprise-scale capabilities that manifest a strong data security controls that conform to NIST (or equivalent) framework Familiarity with maintaining ACL, Security Groups and firewall configurations. Should have developed sharing strategies for future scaling and performance. Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is preferred. AWS Certifications will be preferred
