Role: Enterprise Identity Access Management (EIAM) Project Manager Location Northern Virginia ( Fairfax) must be available to meet periodically with the client on-site, otherwise work from home (90% work from home, 10% travel to client-site. Travel to client-site is not compensated) Contract Term 6 Months Project/Role Description Consultant will develop RFPs, plan and implement all aspects of multiple EIAM projects ranging from RFP creation to a phased adoption of new password-less, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) tools. Responsibilities Implement MFA role-based access control and SSO model through:Work with business partners to understand current applications and access requirements.
- Design a password-less architecture.
- Work with partners to develop organizational access roles, including outlining roles with privileged access.
- Develop access request process for the enterprise environment and incorporate into IAM system.
- Evaluate the IAM system and ensure current technology meets the requirements of the organization.
- Work with partners to ensure provisioned access aligns with mapped access requirements.
- Provide initial and ongoing organizational training on the IAM program.
- Provide ongoing maintenance support of IAM system to support business requirements.
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Masters degree preferred
- Certification(s) PMP, CISM, COBIT preferred
- 10+ years of experience as an EIAM with at least 3 of those years as a Project Manager
- Experience with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management framework is strongly preferred.
- Experience using CIS CSAT Pro is desired
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies and tools desired
- Experience working with K-12 schools desired
- Strong analysis and comprehension skills.
